Attention Parents and Students
Here is the information packet regarding the William Blount Band’s trip to Orland in March of 2012.
The brochure is extremely self-explanatory; however, just a couple of quick items:
- We will be missing the last two days of school prior to spring break. However, I have decided to travel overnight in an effort to keep the students absence from school to a minimum.
- All payments are to be made and mailed to Thomas Tours. No monies should come to the bandroom. Thomas Tours has attached payment forms with the specified payment deadlines at the end of the attached document.
- All students will be housed in quad occupancy. However, adults will have an option as to what type of room they would like. Of course, the price will vary depending upon what is selected. Adults, please be clear to Thomas Tours as to the type that you are selecting when mailing in your payments.
- Please read through the cancellation policy prior to sending any monies to Thomas Tours.
- All students, regardless of fall semester, spring semester, both semesters, or winter guard and their families are eligible to go on this trip. Please let everyone know about this.
As I stated, the document seems to be very self-explanatory. However, any questions can be directed to me at the William Blount Bandroom or via email at rrogers886@aol.com. If I don’t have an answer, I will contact Thomas Tours to get the answer for you.
In an effort to generate more participants, Thomas Tours has extended our deadline for which our members and families can make their first deposit toward the trip. The absolute final date for sending a first deposit to Thomas Tours will be Monday afternoon, January 16. At that point, no one else will be permitted to add to the trip.
