Our amazing football team has a play-off game this Friday night at WBHS. PLEASE, we need help in the concessions. We’ve begged and begged, and I’m sure you are as tired of hearing it as I am of saying it, but we can’t do this without help. Right now, we have only half as many as we need. These few are the loyal regulars that are there for everything. We need the rest of you to step up and do your part.

This is to remind you all of the football game this Friday night. During the season we have had sign up sheets for the concession stand. This week, however, being a play-off game we do not have one. That being said, we are in serious need of volunteers. This game will be a huge bonus for our booster organization, if and only if we are able to man the concession stands. The last two home games we have been hard pressed for help and were only able to partially open both sides of the concession area. This game should have a large crowd. I would guess it won’t be as large as the Maryville game, but it will be large. The faster we can get customers through the lines and what they want, the odds are better they will return for a second purchase. It is imperative that we take advantage of the opportunity to increase our income and further advance our children’s band experience.

Just a reminder that the last football game of the season is on Friday, November 2, at Heritage High School. After halftime, the band will travel to WBIR Channel 10 to perform live for the 11:00 news.
