Our amazing football team has a play-off game this Friday night at WBHS. PLEASE, we need help in the concessions. We’ve begged and begged, and I’m sure you are as tired of hearing it as I am of saying it, but we can’t do this without help. Right now, we have only half as many as we need. These few are the loyal regulars that are there for everything. We need the rest of you to step up and do your part.
Hello everyone.
This is to remind you all of the football game this Friday night. During the season we have had sign up sheets for the concession stand. This week, however, being a play-off game we do not have one. That being said, we are in serious need of volunteers. This game will be a huge bonus for our booster organization, if and only if we are able to man the concession stands. The last two home games we have been hard pressed for help and were only able to partially open both sides of the concession area. This game should have a large crowd. I would guess it won’t be as large as the Maryville game, but it will be large. The faster we can get customers through the lines and what they want, the odds are better they will return for a second purchase. I ask you to PLEASE contact myself by return email or phone (206-5978) or Kathy Watson to sign up by Wednesday evening. It is imperative that we take advantage of the opportunity to increase our income and further advance our children’s band experience.
Thank you in advance for your help and cooperation.
Rick Shewmake
Booster President
Please remember that tomorrow night (Friday, October 26) is the last home game of the regular season. We need extra people to work because several of us have seniors and will be with them. We have very few people signed up at this time. Don’t be the reason that we have to close one of the concession stands. It makes the lines so much longer when we do and that means that some people won’t want to wait.
